Subscription Terms

🔁 How your subscription works

When you subscribe, you’ll receive deliveries on your chosen schedule (weekly or fortnightly).
Your subscription continues automatically until you pause or cancel it.


📅 Billing & cut-off time

  • Orders are charged every week (Melbourne time)
  • This payment is for your next delivery
  • You can edit, skip, pause, or cancel anytime before this cut-off

After the cut-off, your order is locked in and may not be changed.


📦 Processed orders

Changes or cancellations only apply to future orders.

If your order has already been processed:

  • it will still be delivered
  • cancellation requests may incur a fee

🚫 Public holidays

We don’t deliver on Victorian public holidays.

If your delivery falls on one:

  • it will move to the next available delivery day
  • or we’ll notify you of changes

💳 Payments

Please ensure your payment method has sufficient funds.

If payment fails, we may:

  • retry the charge
  • contact you
  • hold or cancel your order

We’re not responsible for missed deliveries due to failed payments.


🔄 Skips, pauses & changes

You can manage your subscription anytime before the weekly cut-off:

  • skip a delivery
  • pause your subscription
  • update your selections

Changes after the cut-off may apply to the next cycle.


⚙️ Account updates

Some details (like delivery window or contact info) may be restricted after setup.

If you need help updating these:

  • contact us before the cut-off
  • we’ll assist where possible

🔁 Alternating menus

Our system doesn’t support alternating fortnightly orders under one subscription.

If multiple subscriptions are created:

  • they may charge at the same time
  • refunds won’t be provided for duplicate setups

Tip: Use weekly subscriptions and adjust meals each week instead.


🥗 Menu & pricing

Menus and prices may change over time.

Your order will always reflect:

  • the latest menu
  • current pricing at time of processing

If an item is unavailable:

  • we may contact you
  • or provide a suitable substitute

🚚 Delivery & responsibility

Please ensure your delivery details are correct.

If you’re not home:

  • we’ll leave your order based on your instructions
  • or in a safe place

Once delivered, responsibility passes to you.
We’re not liable for theft, spoilage, or damage after delivery.


💰 Refunds

Refunds follow our standard policy.

We don’t offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect delivery details
  • missed deliveries due to customer error
  • duplicate subscriptions
  • delays outside our control
  • issues after delivery (e.g. theft or spoilage)

📩 Communication & data

By subscribing, you agree that we may contact you about:

  • orders and billing
  • delivery updates
  • menu changes or substitutions

You can manage marketing preferences separately.


❌ Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime via your account.
This will stop future orders only.

We may also suspend or cancel subscriptions due to:

  • non-payment
  • repeated delivery issues
  • misuse of service
